    Baseline

The first step before building any capability is to understand what the starting point is. We measure the existing capability, activity and culture to identify where the strengths and weaknesses are within the organisation so that later steps can build on the strengths and/or address the weaknesses. This snap-shot view taken before development of a strategic approach to innovation is also used to measure progress throughout the process.

    Framework

    1. Gather Information: Pulling together a holistic view of the current environment through a series of questionnaires and/or interviews.
    2. Score: Scoring the results to create a unique view of the organisation's current innovation capability.
    3. Analyse: Looking through the data and comparing the results with high performing companies in order to identify areas strengths and weaknesses.

    Innovation Age Product

We offer an innovation audit which provides you with a clear baseline for your strategic innovation development. In addition it provides a useful summary of your organisation's current position in its own right so can be used at any time to measure progress towards embedding strategic innovation.
