    Innovation Age supported the launch of a new Money Coaching service for open banking specialists Tully during a four-month engagement at their head office in Nottingham. Brian designed the data structure that supports the new product as well as the KPIs used by the business to measure progress during the initial pilot phase.

    Great news from Taipei - the Careline business that Innovation Age helped to create has been granted an online insurance licence which permits it to sell the full range of regulated products direct to Taiwanese consumers via its own website. They are the first independent insurance agent to receive such a licence and it was the culmination of many months of work, including Brian attending a meeting of the Taiwan Insurance Regulator to provide technical assurance. The full range of insurance products now available from Careline is Car, Motorbike, Pet and Travel.

    Surestone's Data Warehouse has been fully loaded with more than 10 years of policy and claim information. Innovation Age created the overall technical design, specified the required data structures and helped select Cloudstrong (now Arkphire) to undertake the warehouse build. As well as creating the warehouse itself, the project also entailed building a comprehensive ETL process to cleanse the data prior to loading, which ensured that data from multiple sources was handled consistently. Innovation Age also provided guidance on all aspects of information security to ensure that the new warehouse and associated processes are compliant with the new EU GDPR directive.

    Innovation Age have helped create a data-based proposition for a new service to help national infrastructure planning across the UK in conjunction with Nottingham University Business School. This proposition has been presented to the Department for Transport.

    Innovation Age have been selected to help Irish insurer Surestone build a Data Warehouse to store policy and claim information from 15 years of business. This information is provided on a monthly basis from multiple MGAs and claims handling companies and is used by Surestone to create competitive pricing for their wide range of products. The implementation of the warehouse and associated analysis tools is expected to significanly improve their underwriting performance.

    Ignite Holdings have launched a fourth new direct-to-consumer insurance brand, Aha Insurance. It can be bought online or over the phone with the aim of simplifying Auto and Property insurance in Ontario, Canada.

    Thanks to the technical leadership provided by Innovation Age the third Asian country is now live. Ignite Holdings have launched a brand new direct-to-consumer insurance brand, Careline, in Taiwan selling travel insurance. This initially covers trips to Japan & South Korea but will soon be expanded to cover worldwide travel. The platform has been built to support other products too and Careline expect to use this to start selling motorbike, car, pet and other insurance soon

    The online car insurance business that Innovation Age helped to develop in China has been rebranded Quicksure.

    Innovation Age has begun work on a new online insurance proposition in Ontario, Canada. We are helping with the requirements gathering and solution design steps that will result in a market-leading online Auto and Property proposition.

    The second Asian country is now live. Ignite Holdings have launched a brand new direct-to-consumer insurance brand, Roojai, in Thailand on the same operating platform used in China that Innovation Age have also helped to adapt for the Thai market.

    Xuan Xin Bao is live! After more than a year of helping Ignite Holdings with all aspects of setting up the company and building the underlying platform, the new pan-Asian e-commerce business has its first customers in China under the new brand XXBao. After receiving the necessary approvals from the authorities in China the initial launch has been in Jiangsu province near Shanghai, with the initial marketing effort focussed on the city of Changzhou. Insurance can be purchased online or over the phone through a call centre in Shenzhen.

    Innovation Age has been selected to help create a new pan-Asia online insurance by Ignite Holdings. Focussing initially on the Chinese market, where buying insurance online is virtually unheard of, our job will be to create an innovative e-commerce platform that guides the customer through the purchasing process. Ignite then expect further Asian territories to follow on a common operating platform across this part of the world

    We're delighted that Innovation Age's successful work with Wright Vigar, a fast-growing Lincoln-based accountancy practice has been featured in a Growth Accelerator case study. Brian helped them address two strategic issues; developing the next generation of leaders and developing a distinctive approach to marketing. Jack O'Hern, a director at Wright Vigar, says that Brian "really focused our attention on what we need to invest in to develop the business further. By bringing the next tier of leaders along we are removing limitations on our business development activity and, ultimately, our growth".

    Innovation Age are engaged to help Lateral Group to scope a new data spine for the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) to help them join up communications from several different parts of BIS.

    The new marketing platform that Innovation Age helped develop for Direct Line Group has been shortlisted for two awards at the Data Strategy 2013 awards sponsored by Marketing Week. Innovation Age have been included alongside Lateral Group as Direct Line Group's delivery agency for the Transforming Direct Marketing project. The winners will be announced on Feb 7th so we've got our fingers crossed!

    Innovation Age take over management of the pipeline of marketing innovation projects for Direct Line Group, including further uses for the new marketing platform delivered in July.

    Innovation Age have delivered a brand new marketing platform for RBS Insurance, bringing together for the first time information about customers from across their organisation. The project has been delivered on time and to budget enabling exciting new possibilities for innovative direct marketing and a new test and learn culture.

    The Ideas Lab on Facebook that Innovation Age had a hand in designing has gone live and is gaining insight from RBS Insurance's customers on what innovations they wish to see in future products. It has been jointly developed with Foolproof and Techlightenment.

    Innovation Age has launched a nationwide pilot of a new way of purchasing general insurance products (car, home, breakdown, rescue, pet travel and home emergency). The pilot is intended to provide key insight into customer reaction to the new proposition.
