    We put together a custom package of support for our clients that enables us to deliver their exact requirements. We start by understanding the growth or innovation challenge and then agree a delivery that could include some or all of:


    These are usually relatively short interventions aimed at overcoming specific barriers to growth. We create a flexible growth plan within a tried and tested framework that starts with a strategic review of the business and its aspirations. Once the barriers are identified we coach the management team as they develop (or refine) the overall strategic plan and focus effort on overcoming the issues, be they marketing, operational, technical, innovation, etc.


    We create lasting internal capability for our clients through delivering training courses. We have courses on a variety of subjects such as creative techniques, people development, project management and many different aspects of using data including GDPR compliance. These can adapted for delivery one-to-one or in small groups and come with course materials for delegates to keep.


    We are available for speaking engagements at events on a wide variety of subjects. In the past we delivered lectures at Nottingham University Business School, taken the stage at national events and appeared as panel expert at regional business events.
